Existem 3 suites, 12 quartos duplos e 2 quartos individuais no Hotel Troya Balat. Todos têm ar condicionado, mini-bar, telefone, chuveiro, secador de cabelo, chaleira e televisão por cabo. Cada quarto tem uma decoração e atmosfera diferentes.

Todos os quartos são originais e apresentam murais pintados à mão com portas, pisos e tectos em madeira. Os bombons de água antigos, os vitrais e os lavatórios em mármore ainda estão a ser utilizados.
